South Gippsland & Prom Coast Linen Hire
I grant permission to Linen on Loan to leave the hired linen in an appropriate place at the property (please specify any specific instructions).
I agree to return and leave the hired linen ready for collection at the same location to which is was delivered, at the end of the hire period. I agree that if linen is not ready for collection (in the correct location and on the agreed date) there will be an additional fee of $50.
I agree that the costs of the linen hire cover a hire period of up to fourteen (14) days only. Any additional days or weeks are to be agreed with Linen on Loan and additional costs may apply.
I agree that as the hirer, I am responsible for the hired items during the hired period and will pay for any loss or damage caused to these items by the hirer or a third party.
I agree that this agreement indemnifies the provider (Linen on Loan) to any claims for loss or damage to or caused by the hired item to human, animal or property.
All other linen hire using the Melbourne Service
I agree to collect and return the hired linen from Linen on Loan to their office at Suite 4, 696 High Street, Kew East, Vic 3102 during business hours Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00m. After hours collection and return is by prior arrangement with Linen on Loan. I agree that if linen is not returned on the agreed date, there will be an additional fee of $50.
