How does the system work?


The linen hire system is based on one fee for up to 14 days hire. There are two options to hire linen.

  1. Delivery to South Gippsland & the Prom Coast – see list of towns on website.
  2. Pick up your hired linen from Debonaire Dry Cleaning in Glenferrie Rd, Hawthorn.
For both options, book online, make payment and provide your details. For more information, refer to ‘ About’ page.




Do you deliver to other areas?


Please get in touch via email to info@linenonloan.com. We will let you know if that’s possible – there will be an additional fee.




Can I hire for more than 14 days?


Sure – just get in touch via email to info@linenonloan.com – there will be an additional fee.




What days can I return my hire linen to Debonaire Dry Cleaners?


Please refer to Debonaire Dry Cleaning website https://www.debonairedc.com.au/ for their opening hours.




What if my return date is a Sunday and Debonaire Dry Cleaners is not open?


Please return the linen on Monday morning – there is no additional charge.




Where do I leave my linen if hired in South Gippsland or Prom coast?


Please place your used linen in the large bag provided and leave it in the same place that it was left for you.




What if I am late returning the linen?


Please let us know via email to info@linenonloan.com and we can discuss further.




I’ve damaged or lost parts of the hired linen?


These things happen – just send us an email to info@linenonloan.com and we can discuss further. There may be additional charges.




Do you hire Doona Covers or Beach Towels?


Not at present, but we may extend our product range if there is a demand for these items – so please provide your feedback on any other linen items that you would like to hire in the future.
