How does the system work?The linen hire system is based on one fee for up to 14 days hire. There are two options to hire linen. Delivery to South Gippsland & the Prom Coast – see list of towns on website. Pick up your hired linen from 4/696 High Street, Kew East, Vic 3102. For both options, book online, make payment and provide your details. For more information, refer to ‘About’ page.

Do you deliver to other areas?Please get in touch via email to info@linenonloan.com. We will let you know if that’s possible – there will be an additional fee.

Can I hire for more than 14 days?The maximum hire period is 14 days, however, please get in touch with us to discuss other options info@linenonloan.com

What days can I return my hire linen to your Kew East office?Our offfice business hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. For after hours pick up and drop off please get in touch via email to info@linenonloan.com

Do you provide an after hours service if I've forgotten to order my linen?Whilst we will endeavour to assist you, orders with less than 48 hours notice may not be possible. If we can assist, we will, however any last minute or late orders will attract a delivery fees of $50.

Where do I leave my linen if hired in South Gippsland or Prom Coast?Please place your used linen in the large bag provided and leave it in the same place that it was left for you.

What if I am late returning the linen?Please let us know via email to info@linenonloan.com, however, any late returns will incur an additional $50 fee.

I’ve damaged or lost parts of the hired linen?These things happen – just send us an email to info@linenonloan.com and we can discuss further. There may be additional charges.

Do you hire Beach Towels or other items?We do not hire Beach Towels at present, however, you can hire Doona Covers, Bath Mats, Hand Towels and Tea Towels on our website.
